Sà di Puglia is an idea, a mission, a vocation. It expresses the wish to let know and spread the excellences of the pugliese territory, above all those of the Natural Park "Bosco Incoronata", of the pugliese Parks and of all those typical regional products that worth a special attention.
These products, both for the authenthicity of the production process, both for their connection to the territory, can be defined native and precious, food and wine treasures to be tasted, that can promote the developing of territory itself.
Cooking and the local products are, indeed, main features of a place and a basic part of the culture of their inhabitants, so that the cooking excellences and the native traditional products become a tool that can be really profitable to spotlight one of the most important areas in Italy.
In places rich in charme, such as Feudo della Selva, are hosted exhibitions of products that are born by the wishing of recover and innovate an ancient and genuine knowledge, that is connected to the history and to the traditions of the Apulia.
A knowledge that is also transmitted and taught through the planning of cooking courses, while which are explained the natural techniques used in the making of these products, by mixing ancient ones to the new ones, according to the HACCP law.
We are talking about excellent farming products, that are harvested on the territory and are worked with the help of modern techniques and tools, to preserve that genuineness that make them typical and exclusive. Products that are then used to make real cooking masterpieces, that can delight not only the taste but also the sight. The cooking excellences that are promoted by Sà di Puglia include pasta, legumes, olive oil, wine,
bread, sweets, sauces, cheeses. Feudo della Selva is also among the producers of native products, such as olive oil and the truffle sauce, delicacies that are made with highly valuable qualities of truffle, often used by our chef to enrich their food creations. Sà di Puglia is a travel into our Region, a good travel, rich in shades and emotions, a travel to be made with the wish of knowing and being carried away...
We got married at the Feudo on December 29th 2018 and we are still full of joy and emotion for our day. A magical and fantastic location ... we relied on them and I must say that it was a success for us and for all the guests, who complimented us on the exceptional success of the wedding (food, service, party, exhibition and fun)...
